Thats the one I used. Its a good entry one.

As for how often I aint to sure.

But If I was you this the order I would do it.

    Wash
    clay
    wash
    polish(machine if you can)
    some poorboys black hole
and a good wax. (I use colly 915 or dodo orange crush)

To keep on top of it use a good quality shampoo and dry the use a detailing spray to top the wax up. then it should last a good few months that way.

I now, after Gaz's guidance do the following.

    Wheels
    Wash
    Clay
    Wash
    Polish
Wash again (not always essential, but gets rid of any dusty little bits left by polish)
    Poorboys Black hole
    Wax
    Tyre Shine

Then as often as I can I get out there, wheels, wash, dry then a coat of Petes53.

Oh, and to add, the liquid clay is crap. Bought it, did 1 panel, didn't get on with it at all. Now sitting on the shelf in Ash's garage where its been for months now. Can't beat a good proper bit of Sonus Green!
