    flickering HIDS and works intermittently

    HI ALL

    recently fitted an hid kit to my mk4 gsi which was purchased from an aoc member and they seem to be flickering and one bulb works intermittently.... any ideas??

    try swopping the ballasts from one side to the other, that will hopfullly show if one of the bulbs is faulty,

    Start swapping bits around, bulbs, ballests until you can work out which bits possibly faulty. It's going to be trial and error

    sounds like a faulty balast to me had the same problem when i 1st fitted my hid's you might need to get new balasts altogether

    deff ballasts m8.. i had same problem but had spares always have spares

    thanks guys, the flickering light is now not working, do you think i should email the seller only been on car three days, not even 5hours use yet???
