    1.9 cdti airbox and pipework

    Hi Guys,

Where is the best place to source a 1.9cdti airbox and what pipework is needed to fit it!?! Also may consider getting the VXR AFM aswell so what pipes would be needed if I went down that route!?!

I see Courtenay sports do a set but it'l like £200 or so and that seems expensive to me!?!

Also does the airbox have to be from a mk4 to fit a mk4? or will an airbox off a mk5 also fit the mk4!?!

    Cheers

I'm using the TX autosport set up, i only bought the pipe work from them.

I will be selling it shortly though, i'm going for the courtenay hose to match all my other courtenay hoses.

I assume though that you will just be selling the Silicone hose parts? Not the polished elbow etc etc!?!

Have you pushed the AFM into the airbox? Both look like the AFM's are connected directly to the airbox, Did you have to cut the airbox when you upped to the 80mm???

the 70mm one is in the oem Rubber boot of the airbox just like the 1.9's are with a hose clip holding it in place
on the 80mm one i run the Rubber part off airbox an pushed AFM inside an used some hose an a clip to hole it inside airbox
