Pot holes scuffed my new wheels!!!

I am so annoyed at the moment have just finished washing my car as it was in dier need for a good soapy clean and on inspection of cleaning my month old bk999 front drivers wheel i noticed a massive scuff all round the edge of the rim!
Now i no i have not hit any kerbs and all i can think of that could of done it is when i was driving down a backstreet the other day and gently hit a pot hole and it kinda pushed the car to the right.

    so heres my options

buy a new wheel from BK for 160 with tyre and use the scuffed one as a spare wheel
    or
get the wheel refurbed-only problem is i dunno any places that i can trust to do the job and get the colour spot on as it is a standard colour and has had no adjustments

what does everyone think i should do??

I've had a couple of scuffs on my 999's and I've sorted them out myself. Just got a matched colour spray paint can, sanded down and sprayed over, every person I showed the wheel to could not see the area I had re-sprayed! Didn't even have to take the tyre off, about 2-3 hours work

Claim off the council for the cost of a new wheel. They are pretty funny about it though, the pothole has to be reported and not repaied for you to do it, they wont pay out for a pothole that hasnt been reported (or at least thats how it works up here). Have a drive round and try to find a pothole marked out in yellow spray paint and say you drove down that.

If it fails a proper wheel refurb company should be able to refurb it to the same colour. Take the car down and get the paint match off one of the other wheels and it should be spot on
It would definitely go better with an engine in it

I just phoned them. There was a pothole big enough to fit a sumo wrestler in on the road past my house. I had changed the track rod ends so the tracking was a bit out and I decided to blame that pothole for it but the wifey said unless it had been reported and not repaired there was nothing they could do.
