I got mine from regal mate cost me 550 Inc vat. I would suggest getting a new exhaust manifold gasket, new clamp to clamp the turbo to the downpipe (don't actually know the technical term for it) and the restrictor bolt. Hope this helps. I recieved mine today and it's all fitted

I think there is someone that does the bolt have a search through the forums, but I got everything from regal and it was delivered the next day. It's up to you if you replace the gasket just have a good look at it when the turbos off I was just told that they weren't reusable

I got the turbo, clamp and restrictor bolt from regal for £617 delivered I don't know if regal do the exhaust gasket but I got mine from my local parts shop for £27 which I did think was a bit expensive but not many people stock them.

I got my vxr turbo new off ebay it came with the metal exhaust gasket. I didnt change any other parts and havent had any problems. If your doing the work yourself you may get away without using a new gasket.
