    how much would you pay for..

    to have your car lowerd just labour. so fitting the 4 springs.

    and for a damaged coupe rear bumper, proberbly need re spraying.

    yeah i was going to post something like this i think it should be under 30-40 quid? isnt the biggest job in the world. if i was a handy man...lalalalalalala laaa... lol

    £100 or so is right - fronts are a bit of a faff, removing the whole shock, remove old springs, refit springs, bolt together.

    Rears are easy peasy and you could do these yourself. Takes about 20 minutes.

    well can get the springs fitted for 50, so not to bad.

    Back springs all you will need is a jack, and some sort of long metal bar (or atleast thats what i used ;D)

    I was suprised at how easy fitting the back spring was

    the bumper you'd be better just showing a few body shops and asking for a quote. They all vary and it depends on the damage.
