small how to - intermitient wiper like in omega

I know it's a wrong section, but don't know how to put it into HOW TO thread.
Maybe somebody will be intereted. Sorry for my bad english

    You will need
    -stalk with intemintet wiper
-relay from omega (sometimes is under bonnet, sometimes under steering wheel) 90494187, aprox. 20quid on ebay
-relay socket 4pin (you can buy1 on ebay)
    -some cables connectors
    -isolation tape, or soldering gun
    -pliers?

    http://img684.imageshack.us/img684/5830/p1090059.jpg

    http://img94.imageshack.us/img94/4649/p1090063f.jpg

    http://img202.imageshack.us/img202/483/p1090065.jpg

You will need extend 2 wires in relay socket: 31 and 53c - aprox. 60cm - 2 foot
    http://img94.imageshack.us/img94/668/p1090072b.jpg

And cut 3 others cables: 15,31b,53e - you need aprox.10cm- inches, use tape or soldering gun to fit connectors
    http://img94.imageshack.us/img94/1209/p1090070n.jpg

Next connect cable to pin I in relay - must be a long again 60cm, cos it's going from fuse box into stalk
    http://img695.imageshack.us/img695/6990/p1090075.jpg

    Should be like that:
    http://img94.imageshack.us/img94/9977/p1090068g.jpg

    Cut socket from stalk cables:

    http://img163.imageshack.us/img163/9085/p1090076.jpg

You can go to car now
take off all steering wheel trims to get acces into stalk, also you need acces to fuse box

Take old relay out and fit cables from new relay:

    53e - 30 in old one
    31b - 87A
    15 - 87
    http://img684.imageshack.us/img684/5735/p1090084.jpg

then you will need 3 long cables move from fuse box to your stalk, tricky job

On back of your stalk socket you can see numbers:
    http://img684.imageshack.us/img684/5634/p1090079.jpg

You will need to cut wire number 9 (black-yellow) and connect with same color from stalk, put isolation tape around other end

    then connect:
    pin I - black-white from stalk
    31 - 6 (brown)
    53c - 3(black-red)

Any question just ask, it's really easy job.

Yes, there is small wheel in stalk, and you can change the length of time during the intermit, like in vauxhall omega. Have a look here, (aprox. 0:25)
