just a quick question do you seal then wax or wax then seal??
looking at getting some jetseal 109 for my gunmental grey astra and use collinite 476s after it.

want to get a really deep finish, looking at giving it a good detail very sone just want to prepare my pocket for the hit, already got majority of products, got clay, polish and evrything else, also got the wax just looking at getting a better finish.

any opinions on whats good for deep finish for the summer months guys??

For that combination, use the Collinite first, then Jetseal over the top

None. You're just using a Polish and a wax. Sealant isn't a necessary step IMO, as it's an extra layer of LSP

All depends on what you're using.

I did a test using Soft and Hard waxes along with sealant. Put sealant on before wax, measured results, stripped off an put on after wax, measured results. Did this for both hard and soft wax and I found that with a Soft wax, there was no difference in protection, but a marginally better gloss putting it on after wax. With a hard wax, I found that putting sealant on after the wax lasted longer in protection and gave a deeper gloss.

ATEOTD, hard waxes, soft waxes and sealants are all LSP's. The harder the wax, the better the protection, but the softer, the deeper the gloss. Sealants are, IMO, just a soft liquid wax.
