    Vauxhall Astra on watchdog, bbc1

    Apparently the astra is on watchdog tonight at 8.. Cant be good.
    Astra Sold! Now its back! Sold Again! Who knows whats going on!

    Im not surprised TBH. From what Ive read the new astra has been rushed onto the market so loads of them are having problems of one kind or another.
    It would definitely go better with an engine in it

    so i hear. Hadnt heard of it myself.

    Lol why did they turn the watchdog studio light off so they could turn the light on. Whats wrong with simply turning them on?

    Astra/Zafira faults on watchdog

    Watchdog showed the astra mk5 horn dosent work on some models when the headlights are on.

    Apparently it affects some:

    Astra MK5 2005-2007
    Zafira B 2005-2007

    Vauxhall are doing the repair work for free, faulty connector in steering coloum.

    So basically pre-facelift models then!

    Mine works fine, just been out and tried horn with lights on!

    Although, saying that, I do get a clicking noise coming from the steering wheel when its turned.
    Astra sold ... replaced with a Skoda ... soon to be replaced with another Vauxhall

    Yeah at least vauxhall are sorting it out. Could be worse. Might be a toyota :P The you'll have no brakes.
