Angry Bad day just getting a dam sight worse!

Car went into garage this morning to have the knock on the front left looked into.

Garage have just called, can't get the front wheels off. Turns out another garage I went to back in February for new front tyres have put my locking wheel nut back on with a nut gun and not the breaker bar your supposed to (what I have been told by garage car is with today).

Oh but wait, it gets worse. In the process they have f00ked the wheel nut on the front left, as well as the key! Guy said he is going to try the best he can to get the wheel off.

Now, question is, if the key is knackered, I am going to need to get the other locking wheel nuts out ... can Vauxhall supply replacement wheel nut keys going by the details of my car?

This really has wound me up big style, my blood is physically boiling right now!

Looks like it could be a costly job, am going to have to find out who is to pay, either

    - garage who did tyres

    - or garage who have car now that have broke the nut and key

Am now a little calmer, but still not calm enough to call the guys who did the tyres at the moment!

Go to vaux and ask them to remove the other ones for you and take the locking nuts and bin them

What you mean you are going to try and make one of the garages pay for a new key?
