3 stud saxo brakes need upgrading

my mates just bought a 1.1 saxo with a tuned vts engine, bodykit, 17" alloys etc but the car has still got the tiny 1.1 solid discs and drums. a bit naughty if you ask me. they need upgrading badly especially with the way he drives. any suggestions? we were looking at a 4 stud conversion but it works out quite pricey with the cost of new alloys, rear axle. the cars lowered on torsion bars too so not sure if this would need to be sorted if the rear axle was changed. can you get the vts discs re-drilled to fit the 3 stud hubs and fit them with the vts calipers?

Best upgrade, get a VTR rear beam, or 106 quiksilver rear beam, VTR beams have a thicker arb than Quiky beams so are a tad stiffer, but barely noticeable. Don't need discs on the back, so get a drum one, and all the brake lines are the same.

AS for fronts, get some 206 HDI calipers and carriers with discs, more than enough for a VTS'd motor, they're 266mm in size

As above. Cant really upgrade the 3 studer's. Only upgrade for them is AX GT brakes. but they will be as poor TBH. Front legs off a 4 stud 106/saxo with some 266mm brakes found on 306 hdi-xsi and 206 hdi and xsi.
