    My car is juddering at low revs!?!

    I stupidy let my oil get really low and since i topped up, Iv had this problem. (not even sure if its related)

    When I have my foot lightly on the accelerator I seems to gerk(at low revs)! Then when i put my foot down it stops.

    So you can imagin traffic is a nightmare!

    If anyone knows what this is, please help!

    coil pack have a look see if you getting a good spark. might even be an engine mount

    I have the same problem and have cleaned my throttle body already, so it's not that. I reckon it's a mount. If you put your clutch in does the jerking stop? Coz that's what happens with me.

    Would a engine mount do that?

    I reckon so. I'm gonna have a garage have a look at my engine & gearbox mounts sometime in the next couple of weeks. You could do the same

    I top up my oil regularly as it seems Astras seem to drink it, so I don't think it's to do with that

    EGR valve will cause these exact symptoms - either sort a blanking plate initially to see if it helps (often £2.50 posted on eBay), if it does then get a new Delphi branded EGR valve.
