    Been asked before, plugs.

I know it has been asked before but what are the best plugs to use in my situation?

I still have the purging, it holds back at 3k, under full load and again around 4.5k again on full load. If i ease off the gas i get no holding back, and it is not jerky at all. After reading up on here that a few owners have this issue i am going to start going through the checklist.

Had a new afm so it's not that. Next is the plugs. Was going to go for the NGK iridiums, but heard a few people running cossie plugs. I am swaying towards the iridiums, but i have no idea how to regap plugs, what this means or why it would be required.

When you buy plugs do they not come set up? or do they have to be regapped depending on what car they are fitted to, or is there a common setting they come set up for?

After they are done, if it isn't sorted its going to be a boost sensor change i think. Also i noticed that it doesn't hold back through the revs when revving stationary in neutral. only when driving.

    Any help appreciated, cheers

    Cosworth 071C plugs by far!

Ppl are quick to slate them but majority that do are victims of nothing short of brand snobbery and have never tried them....have a go!!! for less than a tenner you cant go wrong.

These plugs pop straight in too - no need to regap

Ive had about 5 different sets in my ZLET over a 2yr period and these have been the best so far.

    Not to be dismissed

Cheers guys, i think at that price you can't really complain. Must admit they seem cheap but i aint a brand whore. As long as they do the job and the quality is there then that's good enough for me. Anyone have any similar issues that were sorted after changing to these plugs?
