What could be wrong with my car??

arite guys i hav got a 03plate astra gsi it has covered 50500 miles.
mods i hav done are full miltek from turbo bk, apexi induction kit and there other little bits n bobs but nothin to do wit the engine.
my car has started to use water and i dunno where it is goin there is no signs of any leaks so far.
the car also on half throttle just as it comes onto boost splutters a bit in near enough all the gears.
if i give it full throttle it seems to run fine .
on idle if the car is left sitting running for a while it starts to give out alot of white smoke from the exhaust but if i give it s few blips of the throttle it clears up.
what i was thinking was possibly the head gasket or the turbo what do use think??
i am goin to get a compression test done this weekend hopefully so if that all goes well i can rule out the head gasket.
any info u guys hav would be much appreciated thanks bob.

a lot of people wont agree with me here but i had the same happen to me and ended up being the turbo

do the compression test to check the head but check your boost pipes for oil
