Menu Button on Steering Column. Mark 6

Can anyone advise what the Menu Button is used for on the Mark 6 Astra.

I have established that you can set 3 modes on my vehicle.

What should I see??? The manual talks of all kinds of features but my vehicle has none of them

Only thing I seem to be able to do is chage how I want to view Speed of the car (MPH or KM) and Temperature (oC or Far).

Surely this is not the only purpose???

    1.6 16Valve Exclusive

    Any help Apppreciated.

The exclusive doesn't come with a multi function trip computer. So you will only have 3 modes:
    Trip 1
    Trip 2
    Speed.

A tad disappointing as I expected to have a trip computer that displayed my range etc etc but it isn't available in the exclusive model.

Thanks Joemailey for your reply. Seems pointless having these buttons on the car if they serve little purpose.

I know from trial and error I can change the Display of Temperature using on of the Set Modes, Change the Mileage to MPH or Km on SET3 and Set1 simply tells you how long to your next service in % via your oil

    Not much use really!!!
Hope Vauxhall find my Leak. The car is turning into a Nightmare!!

That's true, the menu button doesn't really provide much, never did on my insignia either and that had trip computer/fuel computer.
