    Anyone seen these before??

    As the title suggests, I'm looking for somewhere new to mount my satnav, anyone tried these before??

    does this permanantely fix the satnav to the dash? or can it be removed easily? if not then it's not the best idea

    Thats what I'm tryin to find out... Have emailed the seller but wondered if anyone had tried them before...

    I'm thinkin it looks like you pull the stereo out and put it back with this wedged alongside it if you get my meaning, cant think of anywhere else it would go...

    DSL Developments do a fairly diverse range of sat nav mounts, worth a look.

    Edit: they do model specific mounts aswell - www.dsldevelopments.com

    I hate using the window sucker and the dash suction plate i cant keep on the dash with any sort of adhesive pad. Its driving me mad.

    see link above Duz, should be able to get an alternative. I prefer mine on the window, easier to see, just when I need to run the power cable that it becomes annoying but I just fire the excess cable in the glovebox

    i have one in my mk5! it does exactly what it looks like it does! alrite for using a phone in it as i have parrot and charger etc coming thoruhg the dash but wouldnt recommend it for satnav which IMO is better off mounted on the windscreen!

    I'm sure these things were orgionally designed to mount phone cradles, I had one in my car when I first got it



    Some will mount between the storage slot and centre console and others (like mine did) just put between the dash and centre console
