    DIY Window Tinting

I am wanting to get my back windows tinted and have been looking around but find that a lot of companies are very expensive (cheapest i found £140)
Has anyone brought these tinting kits off ebay and done it themselves? Any advice and thoughts would be great.

I have just done my other halfs fiesta and found it easy if you have the right tools and watch videos on youtube etc.

All I can say tho is if you do it take your time, buy extra and use lots of water

So the ebay ones are ok? What shade have you gone to? The ebay shop say they provide tools and a dvd. I assume the tools will just be a sponge? ;-p

Like above make sure you use lots of soapy water.
you also need a hairdryer or heatgun to get rid of the bubbles.
im no pro but i manged to do my own with out hardly and bubbles!

rear window if you know how to heat mould is simple.. rear doors a would suggest removing the glass especially if you have never done in place before...

FIT in a clean dust free enviroment, use bottled water ( tesco 15p shite will do ) and 2 drops of baby shampoo NOT fairy liquid

also use NEW tools not old ones that will scratch the glass and also only use a blade suitable for glass cutting

    good luck

think ill just start selling my old tint off now seing everyone is doing it themselfs nowadays
