    insuring a 1.8 sri at 19

    hi im currently 19 just bought a 2002 1.8 sri i have 2 years driving experience and 2 years ncb 0 points what should i be lookin at paying insurance and wot are the best companies to check

    I used Tesco for mine found them to be quite good value for money. Also theres the standard compare websites.

    thanks for the advice about tesco i always find the compare websites crap my best quote from one of them last year was £2500 and ended up goin with directline for £1800

    Shouldn't have a problem insuring a 1.8 at 19. I insured my coupe turbo at 19 for about £1,600 I think it was so I'd be looking for less than that.

    im 19 n got a 1.8 just got a renewal quote from adrian flux for £1200 thats with 2 years no claims and 1 claim, compared to £2000 what im paying at the min with churchill with 1 years no claims n 1 claim
