    Thumbs Down you're having a giraffe!

    found out my manifold has a crack in yesterday so went about getting some prices. went to vauxhall first and asked the nice lady behind the desk..............£600!!!, for a z18xe, without fitting. i almost laughed in her face! i prefer to use genuine gm parts but this time i may have no choice but to go aftermarket, especially after bennett's quoted me £200 +vat.

    i did think of that and had a butchers at the lexmaul one but i cant afford 800 quid. toms1989 suggestion has given me the best price so far for a new one or i could go for a second hand ebay one, still undecided? what do you reckon new or 2nd hand? or possibly weld the current one?

    im confused i bought a piper 421 stainless steel one for my 106 gti for £200 brand new lol i really didnt realise how epensive it was to tune or even repair a vauxhall to some other cars.

    (sorry its slightly off topic but felt needed to say it) lol
