    Misfire when hard accleration

    Hi everyone just had my car serviced and have a new power steering pump, i thought the car needed a service as it only slightly start doing this problem and thought this was due to the service.

    But when i acclerate hard is sometimes judders and i have noticied it starts to pop only sometimes, im unsure on what it is.

    The car is a 2.0 turbo astra convertible.

    id say its the plugs! which ones do you have in it????
    At the end of the day, it gets dark!!!!!

    Could also be coilpack, partly blocked fuel filter etc but id get the plugs changed first.

    are the sparks easy to change? do you need to get under the car ?

    nah, they are under the long black plastic strip that says ecotec across the middle of the engine! they are really easy to change! have a look, it will all fall into place! i personally recomend ngk irridium bkr6eix and gap them at 0.67mm! it will run better and idle a lot smoother than stock plugs!
    At the end of the day, it gets dark!!!!!
