Rear wiper stopping in wrong place

I've noticed the rear wiper arm is stopping approx 3 inches higher than it should. Any idea how I can reset this?

I've also noticed that the front wipers have slowed down! At first I thought I was imagining it, however they are definitly getting slower. Any ideas on how to fix this too?

Just remove the rear wiper arm and adjust it down a little
