new brake pads and disks help

Was checking over my brakes today and i have no pad what so ever left on the back and the pads are only a year old so i think the brakes have been sticking on causing the disk to over heat as the disks have turned a blueish colour

i have 4 stud rear disks (LUCAS) at the back so these are the new disks im going to go for..

what pads are best to use on the back and what size is the 4 stud disk so i can match the pads up

the front i have a 308mm 4stud (redrilled setup) and the disks are fine so im just going to change pads on them as they aint much life left on them either, are these ok?..

i currently use green stuff but fancy a change and heard mintex are very good whether cold or hot is that correct or is there a better pad out there?

Not heard any good things about those Mintex pads, but never used them myself.
For the rear just use standard pads.

OE pads are better than the black diamonds, they are utter dire. I know that from experience lol.

those mintex are just run of the mill bog standard pads

only use black diamond predator if u fancy climbing out of a ditch and calling for recovery!

    4stud rears are 240mm

whack some DP41183 yellowstuff up front on the 308s and youll be laughing - should get them down around the £70 mark if u shop around - best pad ive ever used, BD however being the worst ever!

Depends what ur budget and requirements are - stopping power is stopping power regardless of engine power IMO
