Cool sports switch on mk4 coupe

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vauxhall-Opel-...item2eaba168e6

what do you think off this for my coupe turbo?
im not too clued up on mods and so far my car is standard apart from the 2.2 air box and dumpvalve.

would this not hinder any power mods i do later on like uprated turbo, injectors ect ......

    cheers

it appears to claim that its only for mapped cars so fitting it to yours would be pointless or have i missed something

Hey i thought about this same thing,, but nobody replyed to the post..

Well it does say you can use with standard to make it more smooth or something on them lines, i think it would be ok idea which id do but prob best to wait till got a load of mods then remap giving the option to use this button in 2 different map programs..

You could even fit this to a standard, untuned car. It will not give you power gains in the "high boost" position, but when we tested it on a standard map, we found that it cuts the factory mapped "overboost" back and this makes the car smoother and easier to drive in poor weather conditions. Without the torque surge created from "overboost", the traction control was less likely to come on in poor conditions.
