    Misfireing?

As with every car I've owned, all the problems happen at once!

So every so often the car will have no power. But when I lift off then put my foot back down it's fine. It's starting to get a wee bit dangerous as when I was pulling out of a junction earlier today it suddenly decided to cut the power off and then reapply it thus causing another car to pip at me .

It's happened before but turned out the spark plugs had died and so they were replaced but that was 3-4 months ago, surely it cant be the same problem again?

Strange thing is theres no lights on the dash or anything to suggest anything is wrong. The car has done 68k miles, serviced every 4-5k and hasn't really had a hard life.

    Help will be appreciated .

Forgot to say it's an automatic, lol.

And no it's not the coil pack as this was checked when the spark plugs went as we thought this was the fault first off.

    Cheers

The EGR valve can cause these exact symptoms if faulty. It can respond to cleaning but often it needs replaced. £65 for a Delphi one via eBay, don't touch any other brands, they are cheap rubbish!
