    Front disks/pads

Right, my front brakes really need changing now and i don't really know wheres the best place to get a new set of disks and pads...

LMF do the set (4 stud) for 88 quid deliverd but then ive gotta pay someone to fit it or try myself (not really that mechanicly minded)

is there any other places i could get it for cheaper?

Try a motor factor or halfords with a trade card. Last time I got any 4 stud stuff a set of halfords pads on trade was 8 quid and the disks were £10 or so each. Its about the same price at places like andrew page/euro carparts too. As for fitting its dead easy. Wheel off, undo the 2 bolts in the back of the caliper, lift the caliper off (usually takes some persuasion with a hammer) then take the old pads out, get the disk off and the put it all back together with the new stuff in. Make sure you put copper grease on the backs of the pads otherwise they will squeel.

As for the tyre advice in your sig try some yokohama parada spec IIs. Excellent tyres
It would definitely go better with an engine in it

You'll have to find a way of pushing the caliper piston back in before the new pads will fit though - I use a G clamp. Remember to remove the brake fluid reservoir cap first...and wind the clamp back nice and slowly.

£52+ VAT on tradeclub - you might know that already though as you were asking for somewhere to get it?

They are pretty easy to change if you have the right tools for the job.
