Question just fault read the coupe when due to abs light and traction control light coming on.

Looking for some advise here guys. My abs light, and traction control light has come on on my car so i naturally plugged my opcom in and came up with:

C0035 - (4) FRONT LEFT WHEEL SENSOR OPEN CIRCUIT - PRESENT

What does this generally mean? is it the hub that needs replacing?

    cheers

usually means that either the plug has become disconnected from the hub unit or the internal connections within the hub have failed, in this case a new hub would resolve this

    About £200 from Vauxhall.

Shame your not a full (Orange) member as they would be £133 (Both plus Vat)

Brand new hub can be had for £60 on ebay

I always recommend SKF brand as they are 100% identical to what Vauxhall supply - just in a different box

Unfortunately SKF branded ones have shot up recently to about £90 or thereabouts on ebay - but have a butchers and see what u can find

The cheaper ones still come with warranties etc as u would expect with regular pattern parts.

    £61.50 - aftermarket brand : http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vauxhall-Front...item2c5309a539

    £88.50 Genuine SKF brand: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vauxhall-Front...item2c5110810b

All prices are delivered for 5 stud ABS hubs
