Anyone hear spray with a compressor.

I'm thinking of getting a small compressor to do some wheels with and the odd panel but dont want to go overbord on the gear.

I have done a set of wheels before but when the tyre needed changing most of it chiped off.

I'v been looking around and seen these two compressors and now need some advice, they seem to be the same but will they do for what I want
IE spraying a set of wheels, the odd panel, center consoles and so on?.

    These are the two.

This one has some good reviews [noise dont bother me as I wear earphones or ear defenders].

Also will these guns be any good or should I look elswear.

I think this one is for fine work but not sure.

I can't remember the name of this one compressor I was suggested a while back

But the majority of compressors on the market automatically refill themselves once they start getting down on pressure, you can chose when you want to do it aswell, and you can use it at the same time

Go on ebay and look for a mini hvlp gravity feed, ebayer nuagane costs around £15

these are commonly known as the ebay blue gun they have a 0.8mm tip and are perfect with small compressors cos they dont require much pressure to operate and you get small amounts of over spray, they also help reduce the risk of runs cos they lay down less material (due to small tip)

what ever compressor you buy make sure it has high cfm, try an get a 50-100 ltr tank.

    i run 2 compressors one is 50 the other is 150, my 50ltr is 1.5hp my 150ltr is 3hp (2 x 1.5hp motors)

The best place to buy compressors/spray guns is machine mart. Top quality stuff there and there is a huge range.
