well im going to get a 3' exhaust system made for it
will have a look at some intake systems
and il have it running standalone management so will map it myself
wont have a huge intercooler as there wont be much room lol

intercooler is more imortant than standalone managment if you want to get over 300bhp. Just have a look on courtenays, regals etc websites and they tell you what you need to achieve 300bhp etc.

You should speak to Michelob, iirc he hasn't spent a fortune on his VXR and it ran 293bhp at a RR, and thats without a remap. lol. I cant remember what he has done mod wise though. ill point him in direction of this thread.

people please stop thinking this is a standard z20leh in a astra
    its going in a nova
    its going to have
    3' exhaust system not cats
    fmic
    stand alone management (self mappable)
custom boost piping of some sort
    enclosed air filter
custom 3' tophat wth v6 throttle body
    and a f28 gearbox

I had 309bhp on my LEH engine

    turbo back exhaust
    Regal 3.5 map
    Pace intercooler
PWR Rad to cool engine an turbo down
300+ makes a lot of heat
    uprated brakes to stop 300bhp
uprated turbo the std turbo will make 300bhp but not for long
