ive got a thread going at the moment for the same thing , someone suggested i check the coolant bottle as there known to leak, checked it and yes its leaking , have you checked yours? the pipe that sticks out towards the front of the car coming off the header tank is cracked under the rubber on mine

in theory even if the turbo is burning the water the pressure test should have picked it up, but they often dont pick up small leaks, i had a head gasket fail on my old astra f 1.6 8 valve and that pressure tested fine

If you are loosing coolant then you have a leak, nothing to do with the turbo. Since the compression test shows the head gasket is fine then its an external leak. The pressure test will have been done cold and may be the reason a leak didnt show up. It also tests everything except the coolant bottle cap which has a relief valve in it and may have gone.

have you checked the header tank? before you replace the tank its worth checking if it leaks whilst hot... just run the car up to high temperature whilst the car is stationary and look out for a leak , esepcially by the pipe that points to the front of the car
