I'm not sure which is more painful... whitnessing the vast waste of emergency-service resources in the pic, reading that guys writing, or hearing of the immoral scammers trying it on.

All in all, quite shocking indeed!

omg some people have nothing better to do but try to damage other peoples lives,, FFS that's some serious amount of fraud that your one is doing to the poor guy,, but at least he had gotten pics before the people had called the emergency people again,,

LMFAO. Surely they can see from the pictures there is no one in the astra and will be able to do the occupants for wasting time.

There is loads of evidence apprently.

Neighbours seeing the heated argument and the car go and come back.
They wrote there details on a piece of paper
Car has moved in the pics
No Occupents in the car when the first pics were taken
Pictures are off a mobile with a time and date stamp
there is a witness to the event.

However whip lash can come on at any time and so they could argue that the were fine and then it came on.

Makes me so angry that our system is so open to abuse and we put up with it. I really feel for the guy! I hope the insurance and police do them over!

if you got their insurance details id let the company know theyr trying it on. theyl do anything they can to avoid paying out. scammers like this really p"ss me off. part of the reason we pay so much insurance in the first place
