    massive windscreen

    hi guys
i was in my local vauxhall dealer today and they have a 59 plate astra sports hatch with a windscreen that seems to go into the roof and almost over the front seats, now while that must be nice i was wondering what your insurance company would say as if fully comp your windscreen is usually covered for chips and for maybe £100 excess an new screen, but the windscreen on that astra must cost a fortune to replace so i guess you would have to declare it,just a thought as more and more cars seem to have these screens as options.
if i wanted to be right all the time i would change my title to mrs ledster

    Panoramic windscreen. Nice optional extra.

Guess you would just have to declare it like any other optional extra.

It saves you buying and fitting a sun roof. It's a money-saver! :-)
