No it's not. I don't even have to look at the video to know which one it is, it's een posted that many times before. They use a white car so it doesn't show all the swirling it causes

Some do work well but there isnt a safe enough system as of yet.
Ive used them in the past out of neccesity on cars with very little dust on and they were getting full correction work so didnt matter as much.
ONR is the closest thing to a safe waterless wash system which does involve water to a degree but no rinsing.
Poorboys spray and wipe is one of the better waterless wash cleaners.
Remember, waterless wash sytems were prodominantly designed for cleaning planes.
waterless wash = fail
if you care about you cars paint finish even a tiny amount you wont use it.
