hi ive just bought the 1.9 airbox for my z20let, was just wondering what every one did with the breather pipe on the bottom of the air box? is it just a case of cutting it off and blanking it up? any help would be great. Ive put a pic on so every one can see wot i mean cheers

Does the box need to be modified to fit or direct fitment?

    Cheers!

The box is a direct replacement, hence will sit perfectly in the standard mountings. The only modification needed is the removal of the bottom air hole as shown in the picture. The box will 'rock' and not line up with the mounts if you leave it on.

can you drill a hole into the bottom half of the box and put a hose from the breather to it? or should you put it back into the induction hose itself?

its just a drain for any liquid that may get in or form in the box
