    Pedal Test continuous flashing

Done a pedal test on my car today, nothing seems wrong with it but though i'd do one just for the sake of it. The light just flashes continuously with no gaps or pauses, just keeps going and going.

Does this mean something is wrong or not? Done a search but cant find nothing

Oh and its a 1.6 sxi twinport mk4, 2004 plate.

Also did this on my grandads mk4 estaste 2003 plate and nothing happens the light just goes off, the reason i did it on my grandads car was because his car wont deadlock and just thought it might bring something up maybe.

    Cheers

oh and the deadlock issue on the other car has got nowt to do with the engine electronics therefore the pedal test is no feckin use!

may be down to a dodgy door lock pin or something similar - best off asking in the Mk4 Elec forum and see what replies u get

Well i am new to the whole pedal test thing so wasn't sure what it covered. Door pin changed and already posted in the electronics bit, still not got anywhere despite some helpful suggestions :/
