Cool squealing from front only when turning or going slow?

Weird sound, kinda annoying. I dont think its a wheel bearing and the brakes are okay.

Its most noisy when turning left i notice.

    Any info much appreciated!

..if it's more of a knocking sound it could be a cv joint.

    Hiya me again
    Try this
Make sure steering pump fluid level is ok,(use only the correct fluid) usually green but could be red, check with the dealers recommendation.
Start the car, and move steering wheel full lock, one way then the other very slowly
    (this action bleeds the system)

Drive your car and see if you have the same sqeek?
Please let me know the outcome, i maybe able to help.
