    Help! parking sensors??

    hiya folks,
    after some help /advise here,
firstly, are they actually any good? - my cabby(mk4) does have a lot of rear blind spots....

if they are good, which are best? genuine vux.ones or, third party ones?

    any recommendations?

    cheers folks.

Yes they are good but you have to rememeber they are only to aid parking so don't rely on them totally and they will measure down to about 30cm away

You'd have no problems going for a 3rd party one, steelmate are good ones to go for

hi mate, I did the full jobbie from scratch on my cabby with this £16 kit from ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

works a treat, everything you need inc. the drill bit. holes are already marked for drilling on the inside of the bumper when you remove it. if you need anymore help dont hesitate to PM me

    Hope this helps!

yes, 2 screws on either side at the wheel arch (one top, one bottom) then a few screws underneath the car and bumper should then slide off backwards
