Stubborn dirt in the wheel arches

Was going to ask about this a while ago, but think i forgot to. It's getting worse now so i'll ask....

Just dried mud etc. It wont come off. It wont brush off. I only have one of those garden hose attachments at home & that on jet stream wont get it off either. Don't have a power washer.

As i say, it's stubborn stuff. Any ideas to remove all this cack?

jack up the car and remove the wheel, rinse down and moisten the muck, using soapy water and a medium stiff bristled brush, halford wheel and face brush works well. once most is out using some apc mixed 4/1 wash them again using a brush and then rinse. using a sponge inside the arches is ok as it is a stippled effect from teh stone chip paint and sealant not no probs with swirling it and tbh its not seen up close anyway.

took me over an hour per arch to do mine when i fist bought it!

every time you wash the car rinse it out and wash the arch lips if poss and as far in as you can reach. will help you to keep on top of it making the big cleans less work.

Arches are a pain, mine are a nightmare this time of the year living in the country. Need to do them again but the snow isnt letting me at the moment.
