    Plastic ?

    The plastic on my car is getting grey and was wanting to know whtats the best thing to use to restore it something that u wont have to put on ever time u wash your car ??? Something that lasts

    Black Wow gets good comments, beyond that many end up getting the exterior plastics sprayed the same colour as the car.

    Autoglym Bumper Care is what I use and it lasts a good while if you give the plastics a good clean before applying it.

    I spent about an hour one day just going over rubber seals and exterior plastics and they came up really well - water just runs off them for weeks afterwards.

    Is it true that if you do get your plastic trims colour coded that the paint is very easy to rub off due to the plastics having a subtle texture???
    Was thinking about it but don't wan't to keep having to touch it up!!

    If they are prepared correctly there is little problem, not heard anyone hear complain about this much.

    As long as the texture is sanded smooth then it's fine
