    Tial BOV fitting?

    Just wondering if anyone could help me, Ive got a tial blow off valve to fit to my Z20LEH... just wondering if anyone could tell me if I have to change/modifiy anythin on the standard d/v side of things?

    i would strongly advise u dont interfere with the standard recirculating valve at all!!!

    thats when the problems start

    once youve secured ur new valve into the boost pipe then just run a fresh silicone feed from the FPR (or at least T pieced into the line coming off the FPR) to the new dump valve. Some ppl fit a one way non return valve in the original pipe leading to the DV in the turbo but i would recommend u leave it as it is, have them both running in unison - blank the original off and it will probs make it lumpy and cause a few issues.

    whats this one way valve and where do i put it in? also where to i t-piece in for the top vac of the bov?

    my set up is on a baileys
    as to the 1 way mine is plumbed in on the end of the turbo housing with the arrow or airflow towards the turbo.
    as for the dv mines fitted to the Fpr there are sum pics on older posts.

    TiAL's ain't twin piston valve's are they?, if not then you'll have a bit of bother with it unless your on aftermarket managment without an AFM?

    got a collins and fitted it the baileys way mines spot on withy no issues

    not too sure really? seen a few z20's run them but normally with tubular's and gt28,30 etcs

    so will i be unable to run this with the standard turbo till the tubluar and gt is fitted?
