    Whats Everyones Opinions On Graphics

before you ask no im not a chav!!!! im seriously thinking about heavily graphic'ing (if thats a word) my mk4 astra!!! and no im not talking about 'go faster' stripes i mean like making the car look like a rally one...i just love them rally cars....kind of like the pic below:

or mabey i should get the police decals with the word police exchanged for another (not sure they would find that one too funny)

would be good to hear peoples opinions..and be nice

Erm don't do it!! And thats not a rally car, lol. And you will prolly get arrested if your car looks anything like a police car. lol

But seriously, dont do it. Race car decals and graphics only look good on race cars. You say your not a chav but if you end up plastering decals on your car you will look like one.

The only decal that looks good on an Astra is the AOC sticker!!

i got quotes for police bettenburgs for my 5dr mk4 and they are about £180, personaly i think they would look mint, you would get pulled a lot but meh...
the only problem is that where i live if it looks like a cop car on the street i will wake up with a few broken windows and piss on the seats
Astra: Drive it like you stole it.

lol. yeh you was very close.... Yeh the car looks good in pic, but thats because its a race car with an awsome kit and stupidly powerfull engine. And it has that livery for a reason, sponsorship, team colours etc. Unless you have your own racing team i wouldn't go too ott with graphics n decals. There are loads of ways to be different and stick out from the crowd without putting a racing livery on your motor. But it is your car, not mine so if you want to look like a chav then by all means .

Would you get done though, as there are a lot of security firms that have fast response vehicles with the high-vis plastered all over them like plod ,
There's been a good few that have had me take a second look ,
But honestly you just don't do that to your own private car ,or the rally race look a like IMO

Well she said "police decals with the word police exchanged for another" that implies it'll be exactly like a cop car, except with another word. Other vehicles that have high vis on them tend to have different colour flourescents from what i have seen. But your not the only one who has had to take another look at a security van to see if it was a cop car. I will ask my missus to ask someone in traffic to see what they would say as im interested to know myself.
