Replacing entire rear offside door (mk4)

Had a bump a few weeks ago, rear offside door totally f'd. Got a replacement in same colour, and wanting to get it on asap. I'm sick of looking at the damage now! Just been out to have a look at how the doors are fixed to the car, and can't weigh up how to get the pins out. I know there are tools that are designed for the job, but I'd love to get on with it tonight if possible. Are there any other ways to get the pins out? Once they are out, are they reusable or will I need new ones? Thanks

there split pins bud that are holding the door in and you need a pair of water plyers to get them out and a hammer. not sure what pics you need to put them back in PM toms1989 as he changed his door on his astra!
Back in an astra and loving it
