    Childs Seat in a Coupe

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced childs seat for my Astra G coupe.

My son is now coming up to 3 on Feb 13th, and his mother is hopefully going to finally let me take him out in mine at last.

Depends on the weight mate. If he is over 15kgs or 33lbs then he can go into any high back boosters. You can use a booster without a back but in autumn this year they will be made illegal for children under 6 as they offer no side impact protection to the head.

Any high back booster will fit in your car in either the front or the back (airbag must be turned off for front seat use). The mid-range ones usually go for around 60 quid. The maxi-cosi rodi and britax hi-liners are both good seats and when on special Halfords sell them for 50 quid. The graco logico L is also available for about that price. It doesnt offer as much support as the other 2 but has much more padding on the base and back so is a lot more comfortable
It would definitely go better with an engine in it
