yes mate you can, get in touch with them and they will pass on a number to a claims department, who will then send you a form to fill it, they will also ask you where the pot hole is

i rang my local 'street doctor' and i requested a claim form, told them the road and within a week, it was being resurfaced although i didnt claim as my warrenty on coilovers came through
    G t c

    soon!

They will try their hardest so they do not have to pay out any money. Me and my mate both hit the same pothole and both reported it with loads of pictures. It had buckled my wheel and so deflated the tyre. My mates wheel was also buggered! They replyed to both of us saying that they have assessed the road and their was nothing wrong with it, and 2 weeks later the whole road was resurfaced! We didn't receive a penny yet for them to resurface the road means that they knew it was bad. I wasn't best pleased!!

I think its just how lucky you are, my mum bent a steelie on her old car and went back a took pictures of the car and the wheel next to the pothole

got a new steelie and a tyre but that was afew years ago so im guessing it will be harder to get money out them now

if it was me i would get as many people as possible to complain about the pothole, would maybe put your chances up
