eBay feedback complaint about postage being too high!

Some pleb has just left me neutral feedback on eBay, complaining that postage costs were too high - the postage was free FFS, not like he had to pay for it!

Honestly, why do people do it? Over 12 months of trading on eBay, all feedback was positive ... until now!

    Grrrr, really annoyed me now!

Anyone else with stories of feedback from eBay which is/was uncalled for?

you can get it removed if its unneccesary, and also you can leave a comment so you can explain yourself under the feedback. ive had negative feedback due to a brand new phone taking 2 days to get to him via special delivery, i posted on a saturday which was the day of the auctions end and notified him that royal mail dont work sundays. emailed ebay and got it removed, now bck at 100%

I thought you couldn't recieve negative feedback as a buyer anymore? A lot of sellers used to wait to see what feeback they recieved and then responded accordingly

You can challenge it and ask the buyer to retract the feedback if you feel it is harsh. They will probably ignore it, but I would reply to the feedback - "bad feedback for expensive postage when it was free!".... then I would add a selection of 4 letters words to fill the line up.

Got to agree ebay is starting to become a joke.

I got 4 emails from them regarding 2 itmes i was selling saying i had broken the rules for word spamming ( yeah hands up on that i was to tight to pay for an extra title) and also listing that the item was for sale else where.

Well ive seen loads of people doing and they seem to get away with it.

Only today a guy i work with got a email from them,

He sold a pair of bose head phones he had to a guy in switzerland - buyer recieves them, well chuffed with the sale and delivery time leaves good feedback.

According to the email he broken the rules as bose do not like to sell their products outside the uk, so ebay told him they were removing the listing.

The sale went ahead 2 weeks ago. wtf

Surely if you own something your in your rights to sell it to whoever you want anywhere you want
