    Anyone go gym on here??

    i am just starting to go and could do with some tip's etc!

    what to eat?

    what protein to get etc


    also anyone got before pic's and after?

    yep i go 3 times a week for bout an hour and a half, to 2 hrs each session


    depends what you wana do

    eat loadsa protein etc and work hard generally equals muscle bulk quick but not real defintion and a small belly

    i eat healthly and train cardiovascular to warm up,then the weights doing losta different muscle groups and im quite cut,good size and strong but have been doing it for nearly ten years

    If your skinny and have trouble getting any bulk (like me) try some good quality Creatine from Holland & Barrett.

    Also do things in sets, like 12,10,8,6. Increasing the weight increment on each. Only go till your burnt out- anything after is excessive damage. You break the muscle down it builds back stronger.

    Do six sets of six reps of weights which are beyond your comfort zone, have a break between each set of six, however long you want, then try decreasing the length of the break

    Eat an extra snack/meal between lunch and tea time, something rich in protein like nuts

    If you are aching the next day, DO NOT work out the muscles that are aching, as you need to give your body a chance to heal and repair itself
