    a bit of a glitch...

Right, i started my car this morning, sounded rough as anything, timing chain going maybe, i don't know, but as soon as i can afford it i am going to get that looked at. but, this morning, i started my car, began driving and i pulled up to the first junction, braked and my car went to stall, and a warning light came on (it looked like a battery with a star in the middle of it [*] similar but you probably know which one. any ideas guys?

    Cheers

    Rhys

that is the warning symbol for electronic cooling control module fault, somewhere within the heating/cooling/air con system

check over the cooling system and also the aircon system. if everything seems ok then reset the light and see if it comes back on

ok mate, i'll have a look round, i don't think it's a massive issue to be honest, when it overheats, fan comes on, and air con needs re-gassing, thats about it!

    Cheers for the replies
