Got a strange one here.
Basically my battery was flat last Friday in the work car park, got AA to rescue me. It also has gone flat a few times over the last few months. Got the car fully charged by going up and down the motorway.
But this morning, the battery is flat again.
This puzzled the AA man and me. The battery is quite new - it is a Vauxhall GO battery about 2 years old, seems to be holding charge fine. Alternator is charging - my multimeter tells me it is 14.1v-ish when engine is running. Nothing seems to be draining the battery - the AA man used a clamp current tester, and it showed 0.3A only.
However I have my doubts whether these tests are accurate.
So what could it be? The amp and carPC are disconnected already. Nothing is plugged into the cigarette lighters. It got me scratching my head >__<
Would like advice on where could the problem be, and how to accurately measure/test each component.
