got a few more bit sorted. 1.9 cdti airbox to replace the 2.2 one just need to sort some pipes out. Wot pipes does everyone use for this conversion??

Also got a vernier pully for the xev cam cheers (Markc)

also trim my grill to fit in the bumper. I prefer it like this less in your face but you can still see it lurking.ha

Got hids on the way H7R bulbs in 6000k temp. Thats it for now wheels need refurbing as i kerbed them las week un sure on colour atm.Think its the stretch on the tyres thats catching me out but they give the car a great look.

got my HIDS fit today there so much better than halogens cant believe i havent done them sooner.I had the bumper removed anywhere to fit my 2nd slimline fans so i hid the ballasts under the bumper. I bolted them to the chassis legs so if you look under the bonnet it looks factory which is nice. While the bumper was off i moved my intercooler fractionally to the right as it weren'y bang on it the middle and it were bugging me.ha!

    heres some pics

    passenger

drivers again but with the fans in and all sorted

view from the back of the headlight very factory looking

Ive just bought these 18" vxr snowflakes but unsure whether or not to fit them yet as i think you have to run 35 profile tyres and to be honest i like may teeth where they are.lol

if anyone can shed any light on wot tyres to run i would appreciate it

Fit my uprated vxr turbo and had the car mapped at MPG.Had the stage 3 map on first 272 bhp. That lasted about 2 weeks and two AFM's so went back for the 3.5 map plus vxr AFM. Its a totally different map and is defo a nicer map for the car much more drivable. Just need it RR'd now to see what power its running

also had the wheels powdercoated and the boost pipe. Ive also swapped back to the dv26 baileys as the dv36 was leaking and ive put in a one way valve.

    engine bay now
