    handbrake

just been to test drive an astra....
when he pulled it out the garage the back wheels were locked on, he said it was because it had been stood for a week or two, and it was a usuall thing with astras... any advice?

should i buy it or not?

    cheers

They should sort any issues before they sell you it anyways. Just ask them to check it if you're concerned.

    Frozen handbrake cable, easy fix.
Most the time they stick in real cold weather but free up easy enough.
If its a constant problem, replace the cable.
