    Radio Code

    Ive just baught my 1st astra mk4 and the previous owner jus fitted new battery and he said the stereo stays on safe and he duno how 2 type the code in i was wondering if any1 could help me out as i dont know either lol, Cheers

    Contact a Vauxhall dealer or customer service at head officand they can get the code for you.

    Some charge others don't.

    Have a look in the manual if you got one? if there's a piece of card in there with CAR PASS on it then that's where your code should be, its just a case of turning on and holding AS till it comes up with 10---- then you can enter the code with the 1234 buttons after its entered press and hold AS again till it beeps and starts tuning in, if this doesn't happen or it doesn't say 10---- it might be locked due to too many code entry's
